Research On The Community Pension Service Problem Of "Village To Residence"

With the acceleration of China's new urbanization construction,more and more villages have been transformed into communities,forming a new residential mode--“Village to Residence” community.As the name suggests,"village-to-residence" community is a new type of community which is different from the rural and urban communities."village-to-residence" community has its particularity and complexity.The elderly in the community not only have the difficulties of the rural elderly and the urban elderly,but also have the problems of land loss,social security and special needs for the aged.Growing elderly population in our country,the home village changed community number increasing,the home village changed the community elderly endowment problem increasingly prominent,the introduction of community endowment service,actively cope with an aging population,pension way both to innovation,and can effectively solve the problem of the elderly.X "village to residence" community is seriously aging,and the development prospect of community pension service is good.It is a pilot project of linyi pension service.Therefore,this paper takes X "village to residence" community as an example to study the pension service of "village to residence" community.Taking X "village to residence" community endowment service as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method and unstructured interviews,guided by the theory of social support,community of elderly community endowment service requirements can be divided into material support,health support,emotional support,social support,behavior support and guidance to support demand,through the analysis of community elderly endowment service needs of the community and the present situation of the community endowment service,found that the community endowment service,service content are lack of professional,the service level is too low,the lack of overall planning,infrastructure is not perfect and the problem of insufficient publicity.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of problems,and proposed the home village changed the targeted community endowment service countermeasures,in order to X "village to residence" community endowment service to more formal,standard and comprehensive,communityelderly living standards and quality improved steadily,the elderly life more secure.
