Practical Exploration Of Women's Community Participation In The "Village To Residence" Community

In order to improve the living environment,raise the level of urbanization and promote the modernization of social governance,a large number of "village-to-residence" communities have emerged in China in recent years.This kind of community management system is changed from village committee to neighborhood committee,and villagers' identities are changed into residents.The change from "village" to "residence" has brought a new face to the community and added new vitality to the community.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that it advocates the co-construction,co-governance and sharing of community governance,and emphasizes that residents should give full play to their role in community participation.The "village-to-residence" community integrated into the urban background is also exploring governance based on the governance requirements of the urban community.A higher level of community participation is the core of community governance."Village-to-Residence" community women,with their favorable characteristics such as personality,time conditions and spiritual needs,have a good role in promoting community participation of residents in a community.However,there is no denying that the breakthrough of community women's ideas,the change of community consciousness and the promotion of community identity in the process of "village to residence" community participation are issues that must be confronted directly.Community work methods in the field of social work have a good solution to the problem of residents' community participation and promotion.As a science and specialty,social work has its unique value concept,theory and method system.This article is based on the practical background,combined with community work methods,to explore the promotion of "village to residence" community women's community participation.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background of this study and the significance of carrying out this study under this background.The second part is the definition and research design of related concepts,mainly the definition of key concepts,such as "village-to-residence" community and female community participation.Through the definition of the main related concepts in this study,the research object and scope are clearly defined.The research design part mainly elaborates the thinking and method arrangement of this research.The third part is the research object problem analysis and demand forecast.It mainly refers to the analysis of the reasons for the low community participation rate of the "village-to-residence" community women and the needs assessment of the "village-to-residence" community women at this stage.The fourth part is the practical process of the research.This part mainly expounds how to establish a relationship with the community,how to explore and cultivate female resident volunteers,and how to assist female volunteers in the community to establish self-organization and manage self-organization.The fifth part is the evaluation part,which mainly elaborates the effectiveness of social worker intervention.Including results evaluation and service satisfaction evaluation.The sixth part is the summary and reflection part.Through dialogue with the empowerment theory and the social gender theory,the author puts forward some reflections and suggestions on improving the community participation of community female groups.Specifically,there are the following points: It is suggested that attention should be paid to creating a better participation experience and promoting female community participation;To realize "real" participation and improve women's participation efficacy;Strengthen the ability to participate and promote women's self-growth.
