Research On The Phenomenon Of "Pet Keeping" From The Perspective Of Community Construction

In recent years,with the Chinese and western urban community residents "clearer" phenomenon has become increasingly apparent,"people spoil relations" has gradually become the object of study of psychology,sociology,researchers have pets to people and society a series of impact are studied.This paper studies the emergence,function,problem countermeasures and social worker role of "pet keeping" phenomenon in urban community construction(mainly "breed dog" phenomenon)from the perspective of social work theory.The author believes that the community is not only a macroscopic operation,but also a group combination with mesoscopic interaction,which is composed of microcosmic activities.In the community,regardless of the big event,as long as the matter of the residents,can be listed as the content of the community construction.Therefore,need to focus on community construction perspective into the dimensions of the community,"dog" as a common phenomenon in urban communities,in terms of micro-individuals and families,as functional animals,pets can bring its owner of companionship and emotional support.Studies have shown that "raises the dog" can help the human body,mental health,pet can also provide social support to the human,make up for emotion absence in life,so "dog" in the urban community residents personal and family have more positive influence.As a professional social workers,should pay attention to the community on the micro level of individuals and their families with need,recognition and support in the community to some extent "dog" "raises the dog" behavior of residents.In terms of medium measure-community social interaction,due to the particularity of "clearer" makes "the dog" residents in the community activities more frequently,the residents "dog","dog" between residents and community work personnel's positive interaction,and the "dog" residents with the "dog" negative interactive community conflict.For community construction,we should seize and utilize the positive interaction in the community to promote the sense of belonging and community cohesion.Capture the "dog" problem and conflict in the community and improve community service ability.On a macro level-question countermeasure and the role of social workers,"dog" as a common phenomenon of urban communities,need professional social workers maintain "value neutrality" attitude,fair treatment of community "dog" phenomenon is good or bad,through community rules and regulations of the standard and professional social workers of humanized service,meet the needs of residents and harmonious community contradictions and promote community construction.This article selects community construction perspective,based on the "dog" situation of Hohhot Y community investigation,the integrated use of "micro,meso,and macro three dimensions community" dog "phenomenon is studied.Separately on the produce and development of "clearer" phenomenon,"the dog" function and influence of individuals and families,"the dog" social interaction between residents and community,community "raises the dog" problems countermeasures and professional social workers four major issues,such as the role and function.From the perspective of social work,the study on the relationship between people's pet and its influence.The author,organically integrate the three methods of social work in community work in the community under the overall framework of thinking and to use case work and group work,formed the focus on individual and family needs,encourage team growth,integrated community construction method to solve the problem of community.
