The Origin And Governance Of Resentment In Contemporary China

Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a period of social and economic transformation,In recent years,it has ushered in a crucial period of time,on the one hand,with the further deepening of reform in our country,now is the decisive period to build a well-off society in an all-round way;On the other hand,social development factors are complicated,social problems frequently occur,and now it is the period of high social contradictions,and the social resentment is an important issue in social development.This paper mainly studies this phenomenon from the perspective of public management.combined with the knowledge of sociology,management and other disciplines.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part: This paper discusses the background and significance of the research on the origin and governance of resentment in contemporary China,and summarizes the research results of this problem at home and abroad,expounds the research methods,contents and innovation points of the research.The second part: This part elaborates on the theoretical basis of this research,and mainly expounds four aspects: social stratification theory,social conflict theory,social capital theory and social governance theory.The third part: this part examines the phenomenon of social resentment in contemporary China,expounds the field of social resentment in real life,the concrete manifestation of social resentment,and analyzes the performance characteristics of social resentment and the negative effects of social resentment through a typical case.The fourth part: this part makes a more in-depth analysis of the origin of social resentment,mainly from the four aspects of the origin of social resentment,including the distribution of unfairness and social mobility,the disequilibrium of power and rights,the lack of value belief and social anxiety,and the construction of social resentment in the new media environment.The fifth part: This part studies the policies and measures to govern the social resentment,and puts forward that the social resentment is harnessing the social resentment in five aspects:sharing the achievements of the reform and development,breaking the hedge of the stratum,restricting the power and controlling the capital,cultivating and developing the social capital,and constructing the rational network environment,so as to promote the further healthy and harmonious development of the society.
