Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of The Public Crisis Management Of Heyuan Government In Wemedia Time

At present,our country is in the period of economic transformation and social transformation.All kinds of interest disputes emerge in an endless stream.All kinds of incidents,such as the conflict of the cadres and the masses,the phenomenon of "hatred of the rich",the phenomenon of "vengeance officer",and the violent terrorist incidents,are in the period of easy,frequent and frequent occurrence.The emergence of new media relying on the Internet in the information age has made the traditional method of solving the public crisis facing the danger of failure.The government's ability to manage public crises is insufficient,and it further stimulates and expands crisis events,turning the controllable events into a crisis that is not easy to control.Strengthening the level of public crisis management of local government in China is of great significance for maintaining social stability,avoiding falling into the "middle income trap",smoothly realizing the transition of economic development and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Using the methods of literature research and case study,this paper takes the Heyuan thermal power project as a typical case.Based on the in-depth analysis of the events based on the life cycle theory and social combustion theory,this paper further analyzes the great harm caused by the event and the danger of the local government after the event.The concrete measures and effectiveness of the machine management,the problems exposed in the crisis management and the deep reasons behind the problems,finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the Heyuan public crisis management system,information platform and so on to effectively improve the ability of the public crisis management in Heyuan.
