The Exploration Of The Dilemma And Upward Mobility Of The Bottom Groups

Since the reform and opening up,China's comprehensive national strength has been rapidly promoted.Since Twenty-First Century,China has entered a period of rapid economic development and social transformation.However,our country's social economy,education and other aspects of the survival of the plight of more and more prominent,unable to carry out upward mobility,the curing trend has become increasingly evident.The bottom flow problem has become an important factor affecting social stability,which obviously restricts the steady development of economy and society.From the view point of bottom groups,this paper first discusses the conception,definition,classification and composition of bottom groups in detail.Secondly,this paper analyzes the dilemma of the bottom groups in the following four aspects: income and economy,housing and medical care,education and culture,thinking and psychology.And then this paper summarized the flow of the bottom groups in the general characteristics.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the side effects of the bottom groups on the following aspects: the principle of social justice,the identity of reform and opening up,social stability and social development of the four aspects,the negative effect of the underlying problems.Fourth,based on the above analysis,this paper points out that the causes of the bottom groups' flowing problem are made up by the following aspects: First,the social transformation caused by the re-accumulation of resources;second,the unreasonable and unfair social system caused by income distribution;third,the long-termed imbalance of the social distribution,especially the distribution between urban and rural areas;fifth,the social pattern is unfair.After all the analysis and explanation,this paper proposed five ways to improve the analysis of hindering the bottom group to the flow factors.Finally,this paper from the reform of the distribution system,the main body of rural reconstruction,improve public policy concern,a sound social security system and smooth bottom groups demand expression of the five channels proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The flow problems of the bottom groups actually call for society pay close attention to at present the basic livelihood of the people,highlighting the development aspirations of the broad masses of the people is the most fundamental,is one of the hot and key points of social problems,is our country will Marxist theory with China's basic national conditions combined practical problems,China's overall decision needs to be deployed,a good grasp of the overall layout,by focusing on the details,and actively guide the underclass upward mobility,let every member of society have equal mobility opportunities and development space.
