Research On City Community Public Service Supply Needs Of The Residents

Providing high-quality social public services to meet the public's reasonable public consumption needs is one of the most important yardsticks for building a service-oriented government,and is also an important task of building a harmonious socialist society.But with the level of China's social and economic improvement of the whole,the Internet and new media technology change rapidly,and the Chinese people's material and spiritual life has entered a higher level,the public demand for social public service will show differences and individuality,heterogeneity trend.However,the supply of government oriented public services is still the main direction of the supply of social public services,which presents the imbalance between the government's supply structure and public demand structure.In this paper,the community public service supply as the starting point,for the community public service,community public service supply and other relevant domestic and foreign research have been combed.The related concepts and for the supply of community public service needs of the residents based on the research and theoretical basis for the specific definition and elaboration,this paper elaborates the main problems and Countermeasures of optimization to meet the needs of the residents of the city community public service supply.The focus of this paper is to Longyueju community in Shenzhen city as an example,using the related theory of the new public service theory,study using questionnaire investigation method,interview method and case study method.Analysis on the status quo of community Longyueju community in Shenzhen city public service demand and the community public service supply according to the survey results,from the three levels of the main supply,the supply content and mechanism,summed up the main problems of the Dragon liberte community public service supply at present: the government has insufficient supply capacity,weak social organization strength,low sense of community identity,imperfect security and health supply,unbalanced business service structure,lack of good communication mechanism between government departments and residents,imperfect funding mechanism for community services and so on.On this basis,the optimization countermeasures and suggestions of urban community public service supply are put forward.The purpose is to explore the problems existing in the supply process of urban community public services based on the needs of residents,and how to solve this problem,so as to improve the level and efficiency of public service supply in urban communities.
