Research On Socialization Of Service For The Old-aged In Lijin Shandong Province

The trend of population aging is not an accidental phenomenon,It is the inevitable outcome of the industrial development of human society.The existing experience of the world earlier aged trendency of population shows that the transformation of the population structure is consistent with the social development stage.In other words,the ageing of the population was almost synchronous with the economic and social changes caused by the change of family structure and function,and bring socialized migration of the function of family endowment service.Therefore,the social choice of pension services conforms to the objective requirement of time development and is the demand of hundreds of millions of homes with an ageing population.Differring from western countries,China's endowment problem has its own development characteristics that it is based on the.elderly's yearning for a better life and the uneven distribution of real support of the aged.Around as a result,in the face of the increasingly huge and growing demand for elderly care which is caused by aging and disability,the response of our country is relatively lagging,either in terms of system or actual resources.Lijin in Shandong province is a microcosm of similar county situation in China and also has nationaly ubiquitous characteristics.It is necessary to consider the changes of the time and make an objective evaluation for the comprehensive development of old-age care services for the society.This paper will introduce the concept of the aged service socialization and the advanced practical cases at home and abroad selectively to the development of pension services in Lijin County.Through empirical research and analysis of the progress of endowment service socialization in Linji County,the pertinence of theory research will be improved.Different from to the problem of pension service socialization theory in the past,this thesis puts forward some possible policies and measures from diversified points to improve the level of Lijin ‘s aged service socialization,which has a new practical guiding significance.The socialization of the old-age service is by no means the "unpacking behavior" of government departments.In the process,the government will gradually realize the market operation of some old-age pension functions,so as to better complys with the various needs of the elderly population and is the exclusive requirement of the transformation of government functions.By more use of supervision and guidance,industry access,financial regulation and other administrative means,the government will fully mobilize the flexibility of the society,institutions and families,and promote the development of old-age services in the direction of socialization in order to usher in a real bright future of "sunset glow".
