Research On Socialization Of Community Service For The Aged In Changshu

In recent years,the aging situation in China has become increasingly severe,and the issue of old-age care has become increasingly prominent.As an orientation for the development of the socialization of old-age care in China,community support services are of great significance.Under the background of urban-rural integration development,Changshu,which located in the southeast coastal area,has formed a relatively complete socialized management service system for retirees.The reform of old-age care socialization is being pushed forward vigorously,while home-based and community care services have accumulated valuable experience.In the process of socializing,Changshu also encountered a series of problems such as the insufficient supply capacity of community care services,the lagging of operations management,etc.How to break the shackles of development,promote the socialization process of old-age service,and improve the quality and efficiency,deserve further study and discussion.This paper attempts to analyze the socialization of community care in Changshu,which based on the results of previous studies,starting with the definition of concepts and theories,through visiting and investigation.The questionnaire survey and interview are used to grasp the shortcomings,challenges and opportunities of socialization of community care in Changshu.By drawing on the advanced theories and practical experiences of developed countries and domestic major cities,it also proposes suitable countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening policy formulation and implementation,upgrading community facilities and services,strengthening professional service teams construction,encouraging social participation.Through government-led and joint participation of the whole society,we will adopt multiple measures to promote the healthy development of the old-age undertaking.
