Study On Social Security Of Rural Disabled Persons

Rural people with disabilities are an important part of our country’s society.They are located in rural areas where the economy is developing relatively slowly.Compared with the level of social security for urban disabled people,the social security of rural disabled people is significantly lower.Under the social background of changes in major social contradictions and national poverty alleviation,There are certain practical significance to improve the social security of the disabled in rural areas by raising the concern of the disabled in rural areas and studying the social security of the handicapped.The first part is the introduction.It mainly describes the social background of the study,the theoretical and practical significance of the study,summarizes the research on rural disabled people at home and abroad.And propose the innovations,The first is the innovation of research methods,The second is to subdivide the research object.The second part defines the main concept in the article and points out that social justice theory,humanitarian ideology theory and demand hierarchy theory are the theoretical support of this article.The third part is the investigation and analysis of rural social security for the disabled.Take T County as an example,investigate and analyze the status of social relief,social welfare,and social insurance for disabled people in rural areas of T County through questionnaires and interviews,to understand the current status of China’s rural social security for persons with disabilities.By investigating the degree of satisfaction with the current implementation of social security for disabled people in rural areas of T County,it proved that the implementation of social security policies for rural disabled persons in China has achieved good results in the past two years.Through a survey of the needs of disabled people in the rural areas of T County in barrier-free environment,rehabilitation,education,employment,cultural life to find out the gap between social security status and the demand of rural people with disabilities.The fourth part is the issue of social security management for rural disabled people.It is mainly reflected in the inadequate supervision of disabled people’s work in rural areas in China,resulting in poor implementation of policies;rural social security policies for disabled people are not healthy;and by lack of the management in barrier-free facilities,rehabilitation,culture,education,technical training and supporting institutions,lower the level of public service for disabled people in rural areas.last,the overall level of social disability in rural areas is low.The fifth part is suggestions.In rural social protection work for disabled people,it is necessary to strengthen supervision and improve the effectiveness of social security implementation.Improve social security policies for rural disabled people;increase the public service capacity of rural disabled people by increasing input from all sectors;and by establishing a new concept of disability,encouraging social disability activities to raising the level of social assistance in rural areas.The sixth part is the conclusion.Now social security for disabled people in rural areas in China has achieved certain results and rural people with disabilities show a higher satisfaction,However,there is still a big gap compared with the social security goals of people with disabilities.So,there is a long way in the development of social security for rural disabled people to go,It is necessary to make continuous explorations and efforts in the social security system for rural disabled people.
