Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Security For Disabled People In Rural Areas Of Taishun County

At present,our country community of disabled social security very seriously,especially in recent years,the state issued a series of measures to the problems of social security for the disabled has been greatly improved and made proud achievements.But from a practical point of view,our country social security for the disabled is still exist many problems,such as the lack of social security for disabled legal system,the social security system of the disabled is not perfect,rural and urban social security disparity,disabled social security policy can not be effectively implemented,large number of persons with disabilities,and so on.These problems are the urgent need to solve the problem of the social security of the disabled.If these problems can not be solved,it will not only affect the national harmony and stability,but also affect the realization of the national strategic objectives.So far,this paper takes Taishun County as an example,analyzes the social security of the rural disabled in Taishun county.First of all,the article on the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign research status were reviewed,and define related concepts of rural social security for the disabled,and then introduced the research contents,data sources and research methods;secondly,focusing on analysis of the status of rural disabled people in Taishun County and Taishun County Rural Social Security disability made achievements.Again,according to the situation of social security in rural areas of Taishun County for discussion,this article puts forward the existing problems of rural social security in Taishun County,mainly exists in view of the lack of preferential protection,rural disabled rural disabled social security idea lag,urban and rural security gap,guarantee the funding gap,single form,lack of security for the rural disabled service security problems caused by Taishun County,this problem is due to the reason of the rural disabled social security legislation is lagging behind,the rural disabled social security system is not perfect,backward ideas,rural disabled social security system is not perfect,two urban and rural economic structure influence,in view of the lack of rural disabled social security policy and other reasons.Finally,through the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper presents to establish a correct concept;further improve the rural disabled social security related laws and regulations;improve the existing laws;introduction of corresponding according to laws and regulations;improve the rural disabled social security system and related system;improve the rural disabled social security funds;gradually narrowing gap between urban and rural areas of policy recommendations...
