Government services have always been a hot topic for the public.It is not only including promotes,serves,inspects and supervises specific industries such as economic entities,infrastructure,educational talents,medical and health services,but also handles matters facing the basic life of the masses.Taking the L Street Comprehensive Service Center as an example,this article analyzes in depth the service process and service quality,and applies a series of theories of service marketing to propose targeted solutions and countermeasures to the existing problems,with a view to promoting the street integrated service centers to the working people.The actual experience improves government credibility and affinity.This article reviews the research status of the main issues in the field of service marketing and service blueprint research at home and abroad,and combs the basic theories and methods of the above two research areas.The status quo of the L-street integrated service center was studied.Through questionnaires,five dimensions of service expectations and service perceptions were actually measured.A blueprint for the service of the L-street integrated service center was drawn,and failure points,judgment points,and waits were identified.Points,and gives targeted recommendations for improving service quality.
