Study On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Area X

As a kind of natural and cultural resource for leisure agriculture,rural tourism is based on rural areas,based on agriculture and dominated by farmers.The development of rural tourism is an important boost for China to promote tourism in the whole region and to build a new rural area.It is an important force for building a harmonious socialist society and an important guarantee for driving domestic consumer demand.But from the current situation of rural tourism development in our country,the development process of rural tourism has revealed many problems: lack of understanding of connotation characteristics,frequent government management phenomenon,insufficient government support,insufficient investment in public products,and lack of rural tourism talents.Therefore,from the point of view of the government,it is of great significance for the healthy development of rural tourism to play the role of macro-control and overall management in the rural tourism market and optimize the current situation of rural tourism.Through the comprehensive analysis of the research results of rural tourism at home and abroad,using the theory of new public management and service-oriented government,as well as the methods of literature review,field investigation,interview and interview,and combining cases,this paper bases on the current situation of rural tourism development in Area X of Wenzhou City.The role of the government in the development of rural tourism was studied,the shortcomings of the government's role in the development of rural tourism in Area X were analyzed,and the reasons were discussed.At the same time,by comparing and drawing on the successful practices and advanced experiences of other local governments at home and abroad in the development of rural tourism,this paper explores how the government should play a better role in the development of rural tourism in Area X,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the role of the government.Through the research,this article thinks that the rural tourism in the X district of Wenzhou city is in the initial stage of development,and should play the role of the government actively with the development model of the government-led,market-assisted and peasant main body,and promote the construction of "beautiful villages" with rural tourism.Based on the actual development of rural tourism in Area X,this paper puts forward some optimization measures such as clarifying government responsibilities,improving market supervision,and rationalizing departmental relations based on the role of the X district government.Innovative integration of the concepts of "global tourism" and "rural tourism +" into the government's suggestions on the role of rural tourism development in Area X,thus contributing to the revitalization of rural areas in this area.
