With the reform and opening up,Sino-foreign joint venture have developed rapidly and have become an important part of the development of the national economy.Strengthening and improving the construction of Party organizations in Sino-foreign joint ventures is the need to uphold and improve China's basic economic system,guide the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy and enhance the party's class foundation.The 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that "Adhering to the leadership of the party to all work" and taking it as the first basic principles of the 14 basic strategies of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new e ra is the most important part of the basic strategy.Under such circumstances,how to strengthen and improve the leadership of the Sino-foreign joint venture and to strictly manage the party in a comprehensive way,consolidating the ruling base of the part y has risen to the important link of governing the country.In March 2018,the newly revised constitution contained the content of "the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics",and determined the leading position of the party in t he country.In the joint venture with a strong Western cultural background,the work of the party is faced with the resistance to the other organizations.The implementation of the work is greatly dependent on the autonomy of the party workers and the continuous self promotion.Therefore,studying the career development of party workers in joint ventures is a topic of great practical significance and theoretical significance.AP Company is a Sino-foreign joint venture automobile production enterprise.This paper takes the AP company as the research object,around the key AP in the party construction work in advance,party workers,comparative analysis and other methods using the method of literature research,questionnaire,discussion,party workers AP's occupation development situation and existing problems,put forward to improve and perfect the occupation career management scheme for party workers in AP company.The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research content of career management,and introduces the research methods and contents of this paper.The second chapter sorts out the concept and theoretical basis of career management.The third chapter studies the status of the career management of the party work workers in AP Company,introduces the general situation of AP Company,the configuration of the human resources of the party workers,and carries out the investigation and research.The fourth chapter studies the problems of career management of party workers in AP Company,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and plans for career management of party workers in AP Company.The sixth chapter puts forward the implementation and guarantee mechanism of career management plan.I hope this article can provide useful references for the growth and development path and management of party workers in AP Company,and provide a strong guarantee for the company's human resources increment and consolidate the grass-roots party building work.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the career management of the party workers in other enterprises in the same industry.
