Research On The Needs Of Retirement Service For Community Retirees In Universities Of Guangzhou

With the development and transformation of society,China has rapidly entered an ageing population and the issue of old-age care has been highlighted.Comparing with developed countries,the socio-economic development has reached a relatively high level and basically completed the modernization period before it began to face the problem of aging population.China is rapidly entering the aging society when the overall level of the economy and society is still underdeveloped.The severe challenge of "not preparing for rich and prepared." China's old-age care model faces the dilemma of weakening old-age support for the elderly and institutional pensions.Therefore,the ?community pension? model is becoming a hot spot for active exploration.Studying the needs and characteristics of the community pension from the perspective of needs can help improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the provision of community aged care services and improve the service supply level and quality.The college community refers to the living quarters that rely on colleges and universities and are staffed by teachers and their families.Because of the special geography environment and the special composition of the staff,the needs of the retirement service for the retirees should have certain specialities.It requires a more accurate study from the demand side to do a good job in the provision of community care services.This study takes retirees from the teachers living quarters of several colleges and universities in Guangzhou ShiPai University as the survey objects,and discusses the characteristics and impacts of community-based retirement care services for college retirees.It is based on the community pension service projects explored by the Guangzhou pilot project and combing with existing research literature.Factors related to the hypothesis of relevant research,and surveys around several categories of service design questionnaires such as recreation and entertainment,medical care,meal catering,spiritual comfort and life care.and then this study uses SPSS 22.0 software to apply descriptive analysis of sample data and duality Logistic regression method.The study found that: overall,the overall level of elderly care needs of community retirees is not high in colleges and universities;relatively speaking,the demand for old-age care services is again characterized by hierarchical differences and higher levels of demand levels.It also has cultural entertainment,medical care,and The level of demand for meal catering,spiritual comfort,and life care has gradually decreased.There is a greater degree of asymmetry in the provision of old-age care services and services in the community.The demand for retirement care services for community retirees has been not satisfied in the community;At the same time,factors such as physical function,number of children,quantity of community supply,and supply quality have a significant impact on the needs of retirement services for college community retirees.
