Study On Governmental For Guidance Network Public Opinion Inyangjiang City

With the popularization of the internet technology,the network public opinion to the spread of the real-time and interactive,the traditional pattern of public opinion guidance has a profound impact,and has had profound influence on the construction of government capacity.Especially in recent years,the development of new media has stronger interactivity,which brings new challenges for the government to guide public opinion.At present,the network public opinion guidance has become an important part of government work,how to effectively guide network public opinion has become a major problem faced by the government.This subject takes the Yangjiang city of Guangdong as the research object,taking the guidance of the network public opinion as the core,drawing on the experience and lessons of the network public opinion guidance at home and abroad.Through the careful analysis of the network public opinion events in the last two years in Yangjiang,the development trend of the network public opinion is studied,and the effective way to guide the public opinion is put forward.This thesis adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire investigation method,investigate the network status of public opinion and the government as the underdeveloped areas in Guangdong province Yangjiang City,the present situation and problems of public opinion guide network,on the basis of this,from outside the domestic network public opinion to guide the work of experience and lessons,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better the Yangjiang municipal government the guide of Internet public opinion.There are six chapters in this paper.This paper holds that the government can guide the online public opinion from the following aspects: establishing network public opinion,guiding specialized agencies,improving the prediction mechanism,building an open and transparent channel for public opinion dredging,making efficient use of new media,and enhancing the ability of judging and analyzing major cases.
