Young Marx's critique of the Hegel's civil society thought, is the Marx thought an important symbol of transition from immaturity to maturity. In Hegel's theory of civil society, Hegel thinks spiritual movement is the absolute power to promote the development of human social history. Civil society is lower phase in the development of ethical spirit, and country is the highest form of ethical spirit development, civil society will eventually be discarded by countries. So he put forward the viewpoint that "the state decided to civil society".Young Marx inherited and developed the Hegel's civil society thought. First of all, he must be a Hegel's theory about “the separation of civil society and national”, Secondly, under the influence of humanistic thought, he began to critique of Hegel's civil society thought views and content,and put forward the "civil society decided to state",to establish the dictatorship of the proletariat, to build a new parliamentary system, etc. In the end, Marx pointed out that the ultimate goal of political liberation is the realization of people's free and comprehensive development. The significance of youth Marx's critique of Hegel's civil society is that Marx took the way of materialism. And opened anew chapter to the critique of political economy.
