In his report,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: “We must persistently and continuously develop our socialist democratic politics,actively and steadily promote the reform of the political system,and promote the institutionalization,standardization,and procedure of socialist democratic politics.” China's political system reform,promote political civilization,rely on the equality of civil rights and the effective distribution of social justice.According to the Beijing News: “In 2015,the number of migrant workers returned to China has reached 4.5 million,occupying an important number of migrant workers.” Based on previous scholars' studies,this paper finds that: “Previous studies have focused on the social integration and employment promotion of returning migrant workers,while the political participation of returning migrant workers has been ignored.As a legal citizen and an important force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,migrant workers return home.In the construction of urbanization plays a mainstay role,should become an important body of political participation.The political participation of migrant workers returning home is the proper meaning of the development of democratic politics,the reality of political modernization and the demand of their own rights.The political participation of returning migrant workers is not only related to the vital interests of migrant workers returning to their hometown,but also related to the development of the democratic political construction of the whole society.This paper adopts four research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,case interview and comparative analysis.Among them,the literature research method lays the theoretical foundation of this paper,the questionnaire research method and the case interview method are mainly used to analyze the current situation of the political participation of migrant workers returning to their hometown.The comparative analysis is mainly carried out from the vertical time comparison and the horizontal space comparison,which is used to reveal the progressive trend of the political participation of migrant concept renewal;Realistic hard work knowledge,skills and efficiency improvement.Through the study of the whole article,the author finds that: “With the development of economy,the political participation of returning migrant workers will also be further developed.” The political participation of returning migrant workers is a systemic problem,and the solution of the problem is a gradual process.Fairness and justice are the bottom line principles to ensure the political participation of migrant workers returning to their hometown.Migrant workers returning to their hometown should actively and effectively participate in the political system,and the political system should also meet the needs of returning migrant workers,and promote political modernization in the dynamic harmony of the political system,To realize political civilization.
