Research On The Factors Influencing The Political Belief Of Returned Peasant Workers In Sichuan Province And The Ways To Cultivate It

The cultivation of political belief is an important task in the theory and practice of ideological and political education,as well as an important magic weapon to gather the people’s ideological consensus and gather the ideological power of the whole people.The cultivation of political beliefs of migrant workers is a new field of macroscopic ideological and political education.Based on the new flow trend of migrant workers,this article focuses on the objective needs of cultivating the political beliefs of returning migrant workers,grasps the unique human resource value of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties,takes them as the research object,effectively analyzes the factors affecting their political beliefs,and explores the scientific path to develop the cultivation of political beliefs of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties.The article takes traditional Chinese political belief thoughts,Marxist workers’ political education thoughts,and the basic contradiction theory of the ideological and political education process as basic theory.Under the guidance of theory,this article analyzes the category,significance,and principles of the major systematic project of cultivating the political beliefs of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties with a pragmatic attitude.In empirical research: Firstly,relying on academic research results and expert wisdom,this article constructs a political belief structure that conforms to the reality of Sichuan and reflects the style and features of returning migrant workers.The structure is divided into 8primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators,with a total of 38 evaluation elements in the3 dimensions of "Knowledge","Emotion",and "Behavior".Secondly,with the help of a scientific and reasonable structure of political beliefs,this article analyzes the current situation of the political beliefs of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties through questionnaire surveys and random interviews,and summarizes the main characteristics of their political beliefs,comprehensively understands and accurately grasps the actual state of their political beliefs.Thirdly,based on the current situation and tracing back to the source,this article innovates research methods and uses an interdisciplinary research paradigm to further explore the key factors that affect the level of political beliefs of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties.Using an intuitive multiple regression equation,it presents the impact of social satisfaction,individual differences,and family conditions on the political beliefs of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties.Ten factors that have a significant impact on their political belief level were ultimately determined,namely: satisfaction with living environment,satisfaction with work and employment,satisfaction with life and entertainment,satisfaction with political participation,satisfaction with diet and hygiene,satisfaction with internet use,political outlook,monthly income,total family population,and number of family members.In the study of cultivation pathways,taking the cultivation of political belief as the foothold,this article guided by the circumstances and scientific guidance,combines with the current situation and influencing factors of the political belief of returning migrant workers in Sichuan counties,explores a path to cultivate political belief that includes multi-dimensional subjects such as party and government institutions,social forces,enterprises,families,and individuals.The scientific and effective cultivation paths help Sichuan Province better target the cultivation of political beliefs level of returning migrant workers in counties,under the trend of migrant workers returning,empowering migrant workers to develop themselves and revitalize the county economy,forming the logical closed-loop of this article.
