Research On Evaluation Of CPPCC’s Informatization Level

Today,informatization is the general trend of the development of the world.As the important part of national informatization,in recent years,CPPCC informatization is advancing solidly,great progress has happened in a lot of aspects.It becomes more and more important to serve the heart work of our national and CPPCC career.Especially,since the completion acceptance and putting into use of conference office business resource information system of CPPCC from 2011,the enthusiasm of the informatization construction grows in all departments of every level,so as informationized tool and thinking.The main features represent in three aspects.First,information infrastructure becomes more perfected.Second,the ever-increasing serving level has advanced office efficiency.Third,the team of informatization is initially formed and becoming stronger.However,there are some troubles need to solved.A lot of information is saved in different systems separately,becoming “Information island state”.There are key problems to improve informatization of CPPCC,including that how to exploit and use the information resource and technology effectively,how to realize scientific planning and unified management,how to assure the efficiency of information infrastructure and network’s seamless connection,how to link different information systems together,how to ensure the security of information,and so on.Therefore,the author made the research to explore the situation of CPPCC informatization,locate the fault in the process of informatization,and find out solutions to improve the level.One hand,the aggregative indicators of evaluation here,innovate theoretical research with methodological value.On the other hand,there’s a strong practical significance to raise the level of informatization by standarding management,optimizing allocation of resources,leading the development direction,and establishing good atmosphere.
