The deepening development of modernization has made the nature of China's rural areas in the transition period facing the impact of modernity.The problem of rural rule of law has shown a complicated staggered situation,especially how the legal practice is facing the present rural family.The current research on family legal relations mostly focuses on horizontal marital relations and lacks of research on vertical intergenerational relationships.Based on this,the article based on field investigation,treating Disputes for support in the transition period of China's rural areas as the object of study,explore the national laws interaction as a formal social norms and other informal social norms on the support problem when traditional clan,family functions been waning,In order to explore the relationship between the law and the practice of marriage and family in China,so as to understand the internal mechanism of the rural social order in China and the internal mechanism of the practice of law at the grassroots level.First of all,it reveals the Disputes for support the change of the rural Subsidiary model in the transitional society which from the mode of feeding back to the relay mode and the Disputes for support brought by it;Secondly,it analyzes the reasons of social structure and legal factors arising from the dispute;Again,analysis the practice forms of resolution mechanism on Subsidiary dispute;And then on this basis,analysis the interaction in the field of the disputes of Subsidiary between enacted law and other informal social norms from the perspective of legal sociology;Finally,the analysis pointed out the practical significance on enacted law and other informal social norms in the marriage especially in the Subsidiary field,and explore the family legal system suitable for the practice of China's current rural social.
