Research On The Cultivation Of Rule-by-law-oriented Political Culture In China

The cultivation of rule-by-law-oriented political culture of our country,which can promote the development of Chinese politics,boost the modernization of political culture and enhance political subject consciousness,is the urgent demand of development of democratic politics,especially of modernization.In the new era,the social principal contradictions of our China has already changed,which demonstrated as people's increasing demand of democracy and rule by law,higher demand of quality of law,greater expectation for fairness and justice,more intimate rely on laws regarding protection of rights and interests and so on.What's more,the indispensable component of socialist core value is rule of law,it is certain that people's demand for a good life also includes the demand for democracy and rule by law.The cultivation of rule-by-law-oriented political culture of our country's citizens,which emphasize the implementation of rule of law comprehensively in the new times not only need to use rule of law to govern the country,but also need to let citizen to abide conscientiously by the law and have a visceral identity to guide personal political behavior.The key to the cultivation of rule-by-law-oriented political culture of our country's citizens is the spirit character and rule of law quality.However,since China's reform and opening up,influenced by multi-cultural values,a number of problems are still existing,among which are the impact of dregs in traditional political culture,the shock of poor values under the development of market-oriented economy,the strike of western capitalist ideology;weak awareness of modern citizen' s rule of law,lack of legal education;and the imperfect of legal system construction,the de-normalization of law enforcement,the deficiency of construction of network political culture of rule-of-law.It is put forward to strengthen the measures of cultivation of citizen rule-by-law-oriented political culture from four aspects mainly,which are intensifying law-related education relying on leadership of our Party and government to promote the cultivation of citizen belief of rule of law and realize the importance and superiority of rule of law;functioning the normalization of rule of law and formulating good laws,such as strict law enforcement,impartial judiciaries and perfection of supervisory mechanism;targeting cultivation face party members and cadres,university students,general public and other different crowds;enhancing the administration and construction of network culture.Under the implementation of rule of law comprehensively,the cultivation of rule-of-law-oriented political culture contributes to the disposition to rule of law and democracy consciousness of our citizen,which also can give confidence to citizen themselves.Demonstrating our country's confidence of political development and building authority of the party and government show greater leadership.The cultivation of rule-of-law-oriented political culture can make our country's modernization go much more smoothly.
