Research On The Internet Of Suqian From The Perspective Of Service Government

The increasing modernization of science and technology has accelerated the pace of the information age.Since the 1990 s,internet technology has developed at a tremendous rate in our country,gradually affecting every aspect of daily life.In this wave,online politics came into being.Through the Internet,the majority of Internet users can express their views on social hot issues on the Internet platform.The government can also widely listen to public opinions through the Internet platform and brainstorm for decision-making.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19 th Congress that it is necessary to “build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with”.As far as service-oriented government is concerned,the operation of an integrated network service platform for government affairs can effectively improve the quality of government-friendly services and increase the efficiency of the work of Huimin's business so that the people can enjoy more comprehensive government services.However,as far as the actual situation of Internet politics is concerned,there are still common phenomena in which the satisfaction rate of the government is not high and the problem is not effectively reflected.It is not uncommon for questions of political questions to be played back and forth between departments.This has a great negative effect on the credibility of the government,and the satisfaction rate of the people has been greatly affected.At the same time,it has also affected the role of network politics in promoting the construction of service-oriented government.This article separately elaborates the related concepts of service-oriented government and network policy,and introduces related theories such as new public management theory,new public service theory,and citizen participation,which are the theoretical basis for the study of this thesis.By investigating the rise and processing of Suqian's network,the process of processing,and the effectiveness of the investigation,the paper explores the drawbacks of the Suqian network's administrative process,and analyzes the crux of the problem.The author believes that in order to further establish the image of a service-oriented government,realize the healthy and sustainable development of network policy,and improve the related working mechanism of public officials,it is also essential to promote the guidance and control system of rational and harmonious public consultation.The “dual track” real-name system and the system for protecting the government's affairs that are required to standardize online participation in the government's governance are indispensable,so that we can make full use of the Internet to consult the government,optimize the service-oriented government,increase the efficiency of government work,and promote the government's release of vitality.As far as network administration is concerned,it is necessary for the government to strengthen the supervision and coordination mechanism and form a concerted effort to help people worry about and solve public anxieties.Only when the politicians and the people cooperate with the healthy cooperation,can we effectively play the role of network governance as an emerging social governance method,thereby promoting the management-oriented government to move toward a service-oriented government.
