Building A Service-Oriented Government Issues In Huang Zha Wan Town Of Yumen City

At present,the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.With the change of the main social contradictions in the new era,in the process of building a service-oriented government,making people satisfied has become the ideological consensus and goal direction of local governments at all levels.Especially in the remote areas of Northwest China,there are still many problems to be solved urgently in the construction of township service-oriented government in order to better serve the people.By using the methods of literature research,investigation and causal analysis,this paper analyses the current situation of service-oriented government construction in Huangzhawan Town,Yumen City,finds out the problems,explores the reasons and puts forward countermeasures.Combining with the actual work of villages and towns,through the on-the-spot investigation on the establishment of Huangzhawan Town's institutions,economic and social development,and the construction of service-oriented government,we can understand the specific situation and find out the specific problems.The survey found that although some achievements have been made in the construction of service-oriented government in Huangzhawan Town,there are still some problems,such as the concept of town government service has not been changed,the operation of town government institutions is not smooth,the cadre team is not stable,the supply of rural infrastructure is insufficient and the supply and demand of public services are still unreasonable.The main reasons for these problems lie in the lagging concept of township service-oriented government construction,the disconnection between the reform of government institutions and the transformation of functions,the weak construction of township cadres,the difficulty of financial operation of township grass-roots government,and the shortage of public service supply capacity.In order to further promote the construction of service-oriented government in Huangzhawan Town,we must constantly upgrade the concept of township service-oriented government,continuously deepen the reform of administrative system,strengthen the construction of township cadres,strengthen the financial management of township government,and improve the public service mechanism.
