The 21 st century is an era of fierce competition,with the acceleration of world multi-polarization and economic globalization,countries all over the world have launched a full range of competition in the field of politics,economy,military,culture,science and technology,to maintain or improve the competitive advantage of nations.The competition of a country is actually the competition of talents,and the essence of talent competition is the competition of education.Military school education is one kind of the university education,its purpose is to cultivate qualified military personnel forces,which are related to the level of modernization of the entire national defense as well as the overall combat effectiveness of troops and the ability to win.How to generate the enthusiasm of the students,establish a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is the urgent need of military academies.Psychological research shows that human potential is enormous,excitation level determines the extent of mining potential of students,encouraging not only to achieve self-transcendence,but also to challenge the limit,and thus transfer impossible into reality.It has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the theory and method of the research on the motivation mechanism of the military academy students.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)to define the concept of incentive and incentive mechanism,the incentive theory at home and abroad are introduced,together with the basic principles of incentive to implement the narrative.On the basis of this,the main incentive regulations of our army and our school are classified,and their functions are summarized.(2)through questionnaires and interviews,we analyzed the main problems and the reasons of the military academy students incentives,especially the classification analysis of the different problems encountered by the undergraduates,graduate students,doctoral students,and put forward different optimization strategies to solve these problems.(3)take a school student brigade as an example,empirical research,mainly on the brigade of discipline competition status and problems were analyzed,combined with the formulation of the brigade of the Cadet brigade "hegemony" Activity Award implementation approach ".With the proposed countermeasures put into practice,the student brigade in 2015 disciplines in the race made remarkable achievements,and the measures proposed were validated.
