Management is of great importance for the development of modern society. With the advance of management theory and practice, now it is known that people is the primary factor and the core issue in management. Besides, In the process of management, incentive mechanism is a very effective method and management theory. And now this management theory is also very popular in company management as well as the university education, reflecting very well the nature of the managements.This paper describes clearly the theory structure,research situation,main idea and basic concept of incentive mechanism. Besides, it focuses on bridging theory with practice by two ways, i.e.,testing the theory in practice, using the theory to help solve practical problems.In this paper, we base the research findings on an investigation on management in military undergraduate students. Particularly, we illustrate how to handle the problems in applying incentive mechanism in military undergraduate students teams. The research objective is to promote the students' abilities. Besides, we hope to inprove the incentive mechanism on the basis of incentive thery, management theory and political education.A questionnaire is designed and distributed with undergraduated students from a particular team in the military academy. The questionnaire is to survey the implementation of incentive method in everyday management of students' teams. As well, this study collects necessary data and information in order to further understand and comprehend better how incentive management may affect the development of students' abilities and everyday management of students' team. On the other hand, we are intended to summarize the main problems and find the characters of them.In order to research the problems and find the way to solve them, this paper analyse the the existing problems of the incentive management in military academic students management within several aspects, i.e., the creativity?the main point and the fairness of the incentive management in undergraduate military students' team.On the basis of the questionnaire, the paper analyze the incentive evaluation model that is now applied in military academic undergraduated students, and then create a new ecaluation system, which can evaluate the incentive management result quite well.At last, the paper take the undergraduate studens of National University of Defense Technology for example and analyze the incentive management of them. On the basis of the research fruit got in the previous part, some advise are proposed for the incentive management of military academic undergraduate students.
