Research On The Armed SWAT Member Selection Project Management

The selection of armed SWAT members is an important task of the construction,and it is the original work of the construction of the whole capacity of special warfare units.At present,the selection and management of team members can not adapt to the needs of combat capability,and there exist some problems,such as unscientific selection procedure,low selection criterion,low quality and low efficiency.The introduction of the theory of project management in the selection of SWAT members will help to highlight the purpose of the selection of the project,improve the standards and quality of the completion of the project.At the same time,it can strengthen the cooperation ability of all levels of personnel,and finally achieve the goal of optimizing the selection of project results,saving the funds and improving the effectiveness of the selection of projects.In this thesis,based on project management of the SWAT members' selection problem research,in the hope that on the basis of analysis of the problems existing in the current SWAT members' selection process and its causes,the introduction of project management theory to seek the scientific and systematic work process and control means.Based on the project management,this thesis constructs the model of the SWAT members' selection,and starts from the "Start-Plan-Implementation-Control-End" of the selection program.The organizational structure,task division,safety management,quality control and schedule control of the project are determined,so as to achieve the goal of high standard and high efficiency.Finally,taking the A team of the armed police force as the object of the selection of the project as the object of empirical research,the selection of the results of the tracking and asked to verify the theoretical results of this thesis in the selection of SWAT members in the application and feasibility of the project.
