Research On The Status Quo And Strategy Of Public Opinion Response Of Local Government Networks In The Internet Age

During the transition period of China,social conflicts are complex,rapidly changing network public opinion,with the popularity of the development of the Internet and mobile terminal applications,China has entered the netizens of the great leap forward development period,the Internet has become China's Internet users express their wishes,reflect the main position of the masses.The Internet public opinion which is produced by the Internet is affecting our country's politics,economy,culture,people's livelihood and so on.Public opinion research in our country has a late start,although China's governments at all levels,from the central to the place to take the measures to deal with,but for all levels of government,and the ability to deal with the network public opinion needs to be improved,especially in recent years,involving law,education,and so on the Internet caused a lot of attention,in the public opinion,a lot of public opinion should be for the government information disclosure is not enough time,coping was not strong enough,resulting in information transmission of severe aliasing distortion,regardless of the government at the moment,how the rumor,masses to skepticism,government situation very embarrassed.Visible,with negative public opinion events if Miss response time may be an instant "defeat" the credibility of the government,form of mass emergencies.Therefore,the study of public opinion in the transition period is particularly important for all levels of government.This paper to the present situation of China's network of public opinion as a starting point,through literature analysis,analysis and comparison,and case study method,drawing on the communication science and management science based knowledge,on China's transition period of the network public opinion are discussed in this paper.Thispaper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance,introduced the domestic and foreign research theory.The second chapter introduces the concepts of network public opinion,including the concept of public opinion,the network public opinion,the network public opinion crisis,and their respective characteristics.The third chapter introduces the Chinese government to deal with the network public opinion situation,through the analysis of the current China's social environment and the government environment,network public opinion in our country and find out the existing problems and reasons.In the fourth chapter,through two cases,one is dealing with the network public opinion in the successful case analysis of government public opinion crisis broke out in coping strategies,another is dealing with the network public opinion of the failure of the case.Although the personal point of view,but still hope of our government at all levels and improve network capacity and the level of help to deal with public opinion.Pressure.
