Study On The Impact Of Meticulous Management Within The Government On The Performance Of Public Services

Under the background of state reform for Administrative Streamlining,Power Delegation,Regulation Improvement and Service Optimization,the government organizations have carried out the exploration and practice of meticulous management in succession,which need to change firstly is the management mode and management method within them.The meticulous management within the government helps to clarify the system process inside the government,and to promote the efficiency of the government service while emphasizing the efficient internal control,thus affecting the performance level of the government's public service.However,how is the relationship between the meticulous management of the government and the performance of the government's public service and how these two interact with each other via specific variables.The answers to these questions will help the government to be more targeted in the provision of public services and be able to dynamic according to the actual needs of the public service,and adjust the mode and angle of internal meticulous management according to the actual needs of the public services,so as to further improve the performance level of government public services.Based on the research background above,this paper combs relevant research methods and research contents firstly,and identifies relevant innovation points.Then,literature review is incorporated into the meticulous management of the government,the performance level of the government public service and the influencing factors of the performance level of the government public service,which finds the cross gap of the research further.On that basis,this paper selects Zhoushan Maritime Safety Administration as a research case to focus on,and determine the starting point and research hypothesis of the relevant variables through historical analysis methods.After that,this paper carries out the study design and questionnaire design,and through the empirical analysis,it combs the influence mechanism of the meticulous management of the government on the performance level of the government public service.According to the research conclusion,it provides some suggestions for the government to improve the performance level of public services through internal meticulous management.Through the study,it found that the internal meticulous management of the government is mainly composed of 4 aspects,which includes the level of system standardization,the level of process clarity,the level of efficient operation and the level of system informtization,and the four aspects also have a positive correlation with the performance level of the government's public service.In accordance with the results of case analysis and empirical analysis,this paper also puts forward that government organizations can promote meticulous management reform within the government from three levels,which include system process specification,government information technology and mass feedback mechanism,and thus improve the quality and effectiveness of public services more accurately.
