With the development of the social economy and the accelerating process of urbanization, coupled with further improvement of the level of rural productivity,a large number of surplus rural labor forces have been flocking to cities, becoming an indispensable main force in urban construction. However, due to the constraints of the dual urban-rural structural system in China and the constraints of the peasant-workers' own economic conditions, they cannot take their children around to take care of them and cannot bring them to the city where they work.Instead, the children can only be left behind in their rural homes and taken care of by other members of the family or entrusted to others. As a result, rural left-behind children have emerged. In recent years, the problem of left-behind children has attracted attention in many fields such as the academic community and the media. The study on left-behind children has involved many aspects such as the life, behavior, psychological feelings, and education of left-behind children.Through the research and combing of domestic and foreign literatures, with using the CEPS data from the 2013-2014 school year, this paper uses the Ordered Logit model and the dual logit model to examine the impact of parental outing on the education of left-behind children, including students' educational performance and expectations. The results showed that, there is no negative impact of rural parents' outing on left-behind children's educational. As parents go out,left-behind children prefer to live on campus. And live on campus can significantly improve their educational performance. However, with the outing of parents has a significant negative impact on.the educational expectation of left-behind children. In the case of gender discrimination found that, the negative impact of parents' outing on the educational expectation of leftbehind boys is significant, but there was no significant negative impact on the educational expectations of left-behind girls. In addition, the study found that other influencing factors, including student personal factors, such as learning attitude, learning ability;family factors, such as family economic status, parental education level, parents' expectation of children;school factors, good class, the level of teachers, and so on all have significant positive impact on the children's educational development.Based on our studies, the paper made the following recommendations: Firstly,as a left-behind children,we must maintain an optimistic attitude towards life and a positive attitude towards learning. We must learn to be independent and strong in our growth and take responsibility for taking care of ourselves.Secondly, for outgoing parents, they should always contact their children and supervise their children remotely by phone or video.Parents should strengthen the education of the left-behind boy' personality development,to make them more self-conscious;and more time on the emotional communication with the left-behind girls,to relieve their psychological pressure.Thirdly, give full play to the educational advantages of the school, and provide more care and help to left-behind students. In addition, the school also should provide as many students as possible with a quality accommodation environment.Fourth, government departments should speed up reforms to improve the division of the household registration system. At the same time, they should open up a “green channel” to break through the education of working children and eliminate their education threshold.Fifth, give play to the role of the society and mobilize the entire social forces to solve the education problem of left-behind children.
