With the rapid development of the economy as well as the process of the urbanization, the population mobility is increasing. A large number of migrant workers are working in the cities. Due to various reasons, the migrant workers’children cannot be taken to their working cities. The children can only stay in their rural home, which leads to the appearance of a special group-the rural left-behind children. Because of the special situation of left-behind children, their education causes widespread concern in the society. In this paper, taking the left-behind children in Ruian City,Zhejiang Province as an example, with the investigation on aspects of children, guardians, school and family, we can see the real education condition of the left-behind children in Ruian city. Based on the relevant theories, this paper analyzes the problems of the left-behind children’s education, and discusses the management countermeasures of solving the problems. This paper is divided into the following sections.1. Introduction. This part introduces the resource, background information and the meaning of the research, and states the situation of both abroad and domestic research of left-behind children. And then it explains the research ideas and method.2. The definition of the research object. This part defines the concept of the rural left-behind children. From the theory of social learning, social support and balanced education, it provides the theory basis to help the left-behind children grow healthily.3. Analysis on the fact of the rural left-behind children in Ruian. Through the questionnaire survey, case analysis and some other methods, this paper analyzes the problems in the left-behind children’s education management, and reveals the importance in solving these problems.4. Analysis on the main factors that affects the left-behind children’s education. Analyzing from the aspects of family, school and society, this paper discusses the basic reasons of the left-behind children’s education.5. The management countermeasures of solving the problems in left- behind children’s education in rural primary school. To achieve the goal, we have to gather all the powers from the family, school and society, to create a good environment for the left-behind children to live in healthily. We have to conclude all the experience in the education practices to form an effective education management mode.
