Space Chaos And Reconstruction:Sharing Bicycle Governance Research

People create new space in practice.The vigorous development and popularization of Internet technology have changed people's way of life,and the new mode of "Internet+travel" has been born.Cycling,as a green way of travel,is highly praised by people.It is also a popular mode of transportation under the national discourse at present when air pollution is serious and urban traffic congestion is serious.Shared bicycles have developed conditions under such new space characterization.In addition,with the increase of the scale of the shared economy market in recent years,a large number of capital influx into the shared bicycle market has catalyzed the development and formation of the shared bicycle space.Shared bicycle adapts to the "last kilometer" demand,makes up for the deficiencies of the existing urban public transport system,effectively solves the problem of "too tired to walk,too expensive to take a taxi",and has been quickly recognized by people and become a"phenomenal" creation.But after its development and evolution,it has its own social texture and produces many chaos.This paper collects relevant data through literature,interviews and observation,and from the perspective of space theory,analyses the causes of the chaos of shared bicycle space and explores effective ways of governance to achieve the reconstruction of space.Overloading,tidal phenomena and deviant behavior are the main disorders in space.They are not only the manifestation of inadequacies and disparities in the sense of material space,but also the reflection of instability in the sense of social space.Individual actions in pursuit of maximum benefits and lack of effective norms lead to disorder of sharing bicycle public space.which is the fundamental reason for the formation of chaos.The management mode of the enterprise's letting market and the management practice lagged behind by the government further aggravated the spatial disorder.Under such circumstances,it is urgent to innovate the way of governance in order to reconstruct spatial order.Constructing spatial representation,reconstructing management path and developing technology is an important direction of governance innovation.As an objective reflection of the continuous interaction and relationship between different subjects in a particular space in a certain historical period,spatial order has been reconstructed with the change of governance practice of co-governance.
