Research On The Countermeasures Of Cooperative Governance Of Shared Bikes In Hangzhou

The emergence of bicycle sharing,to a large extent,meets people's needs of short-distance transportation,and has played an important role in alleviating urban traffic congestion and other issues.But the emergence of bicycle sharing also caused a series of social governance issues.This paper finds out the agreement between collaborative governance theory and shared bicycle collative governance,and studiesthe current situation and existing problems of shared bicycle governance in Hangzhou.This is of great theoretical and practical significance to further realize the effective combination of collaborative governance theory and shared bicycle governance,solve the current problems faced by bicycles,better promote the development of shared bicycles,and meet the needs of the public for the use of shared bicycles.This study mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the background and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas,research content and research methods of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis part,which defines the concepts of public goods,shared bicycle and big data,explains the theoretical basis of collaborative governance,and expounds the adaptability of collaborative governance applied to shared bicycle governance.The third part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the development and governance of shared bicycles in Hangzhou,introduces the development process of shared bicycles in Hangzhou,and analyzes the governance of shared bicycles in Hangzhou from the perspective of scale,operation and governance.The fourth part is the focus of this study.It analyzes the problems existing in the governance process of Hangzhou's shared bicycle,including the single governance subject,the imperfect collaborative governance system,the single governance means,the low degree of public participation,and the inefficacy of governance efficiency.From the perspective of the government,the shared single car operator,the public,and the development of big data technology,it analyzes the causes of related problems It is analyzed.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures for the collaborative governance of shared bicycles in Hangzhou,mainly based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the collaborative governance of shared bicycles,from the cultivation of the main body of collaborative governance,strengthening the construction of collaborative governance system,improving the ability of public participation,strengthening the scientific planning of urban space,strengthening the application of data and information management.Through the research and summary,collaborative governance can be effectively applied to the shared bicycle governance.Through the cooperation of government,enterprise and society,governance should be given full play to its own advantages,and promote the effectiveness of other governance subjects,which n ultimately achieve the effective governance of urban shared single vehicle.
