Evaluation Of The Beautiful Countryside Construction Based On AHP

The beautiful countryside construction as the advancement of one project one discussion is also a solution to solve the growing demand of rural public goods,balance between the supply and demand of rural public products.Through the study of the performance evaluation of the policy,it can be judged whether the policy formulation is reasonable,the goals of the policy are implemented,the management of the policy is effectively.It can provide effective theoretical and practical basis for improving and promoting the policy by studying of the performance evaluation of the beautiful countryside construction.This article references in the results of performance evaluation on beautiful countryside construction in Xiangfen country in Shanxi Province in 2015.Firstly,it sets up a performance evaluation index system which is contains project input,project process and project output this three level indicators and 12 secondary indicators to assess project.Secondly it uses AHP to calculate the total weight of the indexes in the system.Thirdly,it gets the 5 pilots of rural construction performance is evaluated.Through calculation and analysis,project construction and completion,satisfaction,social benefit,the democratic mechanism and the project library are five important indicators in the beautiful countryside construction.Then it calculates the performance of 5 pilot villages.Finally,based on the data,this paper put forward for improving the beautiful rural construction,namely: increasing the villagers' participation,perfecting the project application,detailing requirements,strengthening capital super vision and training,establishing effective mechanism,standardizing the mechanism,etc.
