In the face of China's rapid aging and rapidly growing elderly population,China has actively introduced relevant laws and regulations to vigorously promote social development of the aged care service industry.Beijing proposed the “9064” pension model,that is,by 2020,90% of the elderly With the help of social services,through the home for the elderly,6% of the elderly through the government to buy community services to care for the elderly,4% of the elderly in the aged care institutions to concentrate on the elderly.The market demand for the elderly in the elderly has suddenly surged,attracting a large number of enterprises to join the old-age cause,but because the rise is not long,there are few relevant mature cases to learn from.In response to the government's call,this article focuses on the human resources of the old-age institutions.Research on incentive issues to promote optimal management and development.The author uses the convenience of his work to take the high-end pension institutions he works for as an example.Through the “satisfaction survey” and empirical analysis,he carefully analyzes the survey results,the status quo and the causes,finds out the crux of the problems in the organization,and combines a large number of documents and newspapers.,magazines,monographs,etc.,propose improvement strategies to optimize incentive work,and achieve the purpose of using talents and retaining talents.The purpose of this paper is to take the actual case of human resource management incentive work of SF2 pension institution as the entry point,and to clearly identify the problems,experiences and management ideas in the management of the old-age industry while finding problems and solving problems for the organization.Give play to the reference role of the practice and application of the old-age industry.
