Improvement Research Of Performance Evaluation Program Of L City Procurator

Promoting the rule of law comprehensively is a global problem of our party’s ruling and the country.Procurator,which as the state judicial organs under the leadership of the party,is an important force in the construction of the rule of law,bearing the punishment of criminal law in accordance with the law and the important mission of maintaining national security and social stability.With the miscarriages of justice has surfaced continuously,the procurator with exercising procurator’s authority independently is pushed in the teeth of the storm by the public,the introduction of the new criminal procedure law and the tide of procurator reform have also been derived with the decline of the credibility of the judiciary,how to better strengthen the procurator’s function and law enforcement and handling level,ensure justice and improve the credibility of the judiciary,effectively enhance their own strict norms of justice and civilized justice level is the key of procurator reform and construction of law in the present stage.The performance evaluation system of procurator as a daily guide for the procurator to carry out the work of management,exposes a lot of problems at the moment of achieving significant results,so through the analysis of the existing performance evaluation system,then optimize it is the future work direction of the procurator.Based on the performance appraisal theory and the comprehensive evaluation theory,this paper starts from the practical problems existing in the evaluation system of L city procurator,and makes the following work:(1)Analysis the specific issues presenting in L city procurator,including evaluation index system problems and evaluation method problem,and analysis the root cause of the problems and methods to solve them.(2)Combining the theory of group negotiation in the process of establishing evaluation index system,giving a method of group negotiation to establish L city procurator’s evaluation index system,this method can integrate professional advantages of different groups,enable the formulation of evaluation index system of science,reasonable,advanced,to meet the needs of the L City procurator’s strategy.(3)Aimed at the problem of L city procurator’s evaluation method can not use all the information,and can to encourage different evaluated objects.This paper proposes an evaluation method with encouragement feature for L city procurator.This method can not only consider the past evaluation information but also achieve the effect of encouragement.To make the evaluation method with more function.Finally,summarized the research content of this paper,and did some illustration of this paper.
