The Mechanism Of Non-communists Participation In Grassoroots Governance

Non-Communists are the most important participants in the participation of social governance in co-construction and governance,and important social resources.At the grassroots level,we must guide the public to participate in governance.Therefore,the role of non-Communists in grassroots construction has become increasingly important and prominent.So,it is of great value and practical significance to select the mechanism in which non-Communists in grassroots governance as research topics.This paper adopts research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method and comprehensive analysis method,and divides the research on the mechanism of non-Communists in grassroots governance into four parts.The first part is the introduction and basic literature research,focusing on the theoretical analysis and background introduction of the participation of non-Communists in politics and grassroots social governance.The second part is the inevitability and the feasibility of the non-Communists' political participation status and the theory of political participation of non-Communist.The third part takes Fangchenggang City as an example,focuses on analysis of the role which the non-Communists played by grassroots social governance conducts case analysis.The fourth part focuses on the discussion and research of the main path choices to strengthen the capacity building of political participation.It is hoped that the analysis of the mechanism in which the non-Communists can participate in grassroots governance can benefit the improvement of the grassroots social governance environment.
