As an important means of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,education poverty alleviation plays an irreplaceable role in the whole process of poverty alleviation.With the continuous development of poverty alleviation,the poverty-stricken factors of poor households have also shown a multi-dimensional development trend.The poverty alleviation model under the leadership of traditional governments has been unable to meet the diversified poverty alleviation needs of poor households.Therefore,how to give full play to the poverty alleviation effect of education poverty alleviation in poverty alleviation and governance,and to construct a multi-subject participation mechanism for education and poverty alleviation is an important issue to be solved urgentlyThis paper takes the education poverty alleviation in M counties of Guangxi,a national poverty-stricken county,as the realistic basis,and the theory of participatory governance as the theoretical guidance.It believes that a comprehensive system of multi-subject participation mechanisms in education poverty alleviation should properly coordinate the participation consciousness of participating participants in the system.Various factors such as participation motivation,participation channels,participation methods and institutional guarantees,better realize the interaction and optimization combination between the subjects,and form a governance poverty alleviation governance pattern led by the government and multi-subjects.The study found that the multi-subjects of education poverty alleviation in Guangxi M County have achieved certain stage results through the practice in recent years,but there is still a lack of awareness,poor communication,lack of participation,and unclear division of powers and responsibilities.Problems such as ineffective supervision and management between subjects;these problems are mainly caused by insufficient propaganda of education and poverty alleviation,an information platform for which unified communication has not been established,lack of interest linkage between subjects,lack of relevant legal systems,and imperfect supervision and management systems..In response to these problems,the main countermeasures for solving the problems are:constructing the propaganda guidance mechanism,information communication mechanism,interest incentive mechanism,joint supervision mechanism and institutional guarantee mechanism of the multi-subject,and constantly improving the multi-subject participation mechanism in education poverty alleviation.Meet the poverty-stricken people's multiple poverty alleviation needs and improve the overall effect of education out of poverty.
