In our country, the new generation of migrant workers as a group of special and large groups, their identity is special, but they have made great contributions to social development.Migrant workers are part of the citizens of our country, especially as an important force in the urbanization of our country,of course, they have the right to participate in politics, and the degree and level of their political participation are related to the process of fairness, political stability and political democratization in our society. But in reality, the political participation of migrant workers is not optimistic. As the foreign population of the city, the migrant workers are almost excluded from the political life of the city, and can not fully fulfill the rights and obligations of the citizens;as migrant workers, their political rights and interests in the countryside are hard to be realized. The political participation of migrant workers is in double marginalization. Therefore, the migrant workers face various social exclusion in the city, and the influence of social exclusion on the political participation of migrant workers is an unavoidable problem with great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing research, this paper attempts to re-examine and discuss the political participation of migrant workers from the perspective of social exclusion. This article advocates in-depth field research and formation of problem awareness, and advocates that the starting point of theoretical logic should be consistent with the empirical process. This particular group of migrant workers should also be based on objective reality and insist on combining with theoretical research. As a typical case,Changsha City, which has more developed economy and more concentrated migrant workers, uses questionnaires to make an empirical study on the social exclusion and political participation of migrant workers. On the basis of the analysis of the status of peasant workers' political participation and social exclusion, the cross table and Logistic regression analysis are used.It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between social exclusion and political participation. The study of the influence of social exclusion on the political participation of migrant workers is conducive to a more comprehensive analysis of the factors of the political participation of migrant workers. It is beneficial to clear the causes and context of the formation of the low level of the peasant workers' political participation, which is beneficial to the policy suggestions of improving the political participation of migrant workers in theory, and helps to help raise farmers. The degree and level of the political participation of migrant workers,so as to promote the process of political democratization in China, and maintain and consolidate social harmony and stability.
