Study On The Basic Public Service Of Floating Population

Review of the urban development since the reform in our country,the public service level and the total supply amount compared to before,has the leap type development,the public service to promote urban development has become the consensus of the governments at all levels.Thestata council in 2002 for the first time explicitly put forward the aim of the new positioning of government function,that build a service-oriented government,calls for the government service of service-oriented government with the person this,is not only a person of integrity,include the floating population in cities,to protect rights and interests of floating population in thcity,fonnation of floating population contribution and access to pulic services balance state.This structure and content of the government in providing public services,supply mode further transformation and adjustment,realize effective supply of the community and supply.In this paper,how to improve the supply level and quality of basic public service in the city of Lanzhou city,the present situation of basic public service research at home and abroad,the theoretical basic public service supply is expounded,the importance and necessity of providing the basic public service of the floating population;the second,it is based on basic public service such as the social equity and the rights and interests of the urban customs,and the children's training of the children education,there are three aspects of public service satisfaction and PDCA cycle public service satisfaction based on maslow's demand level,this paper focus on the present situation and the defi ciency of the present situation and the present situation of the public service of the floating population in the city.Finally,it puts forward the idea of updating the government idea and the public service model;we will improve the supply of public service for the floating population;and actively promote the participate of the floating population in the planning of public service;build the bridge between govermment and society;build a training model for skilled migrant workers.In order to prove the experience for the rest of the city of lanzhou,and to improve the government's idea and practice of constructing socialist harmonious society.
