Research On The Optimization Of Public Elderly Service In Guangdong Province Under The System Supply Mode

China has officially entered the population ageing since 2020,and the problem of aging has seriously impacted on economic and Social Development,human survival security and community support for the elderly.Under the influence of the traditional family structure in China,the function of the traditional family service for the aged is weakening continuously,and the community-based public service channel for the aged is in the practical stage,under the background of the outstanding realistic problems of the population ageing,the government-led public old-age Care Service must assume the important responsibility,it will also play an important role in advancing the development of the old-age structure and the transformation of the old-age service.Therefore,it is very important to construct a perfect old-age security system and perfect the old-age security system.As the number of the urban elderly population increases,the demand for urban old-age care services becomes higher and higher,while the number of existing old-age care institutions in cities is limited,and private old-age care institutions will treat the elderly differently for the purpose of avoiding risks,only accept the old people who can take care of themselves,for the old people who can not take care of themselves or semi-disabled will be rejected.Based on the theories of public management and multi-center supply,this paper,taking the public old-age service in Guangdong Province as an example,combs the current situation of its population and old-age service,and analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the current public old-age service in Guangdong Province.Having summarized and drawn lessons from the public old-age services in advanced regions at home and abroad,in view of the current situation of population ageing and the development trend of old-age services in Guangdong Province,proposing the establishment of a multi-center urban public old-age service system provided by the government,community,and social enterprises,this paper puts forward the modernization construction from four aspects of perfecting the role of government,community,society,Voluntary Organization and Group.We will continue to explore ways to broaden the field of old-age services and enrich their contents.To realize the expansion of old-age service from basic daily care to assistive devices,medical treatment,psychological comfort,emergency rescue,legal aid and so on.We should try our best to solve the problem of the shortage of the old-age security system in China.
