Resignation is a basic right for civil servants and the principle of voluntariness should be followed in the process of resignation.However,with the progress of the society and the rapid development of the economy,there are more and more civil servants resign,which sets off a wave of resignation.As the phenomenon of the resignation of civil servants is becoming increasingly fierce,every time the resignation of civil servants,especially the resignation of senior officials,will cause high concern of the society.There are many reasons for the resignation of civil servants,which are nothing more than economic and legal reasons,such as the economic reasons such as low salary and interest drive,or the unsound legal provisions for the resignation of civil servants,which can also lead to the abuse of resignation rights and arbitrary resignation of some civil servants.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the resignation of civil servants,the reasons for the resignation of civil servants and the countermeasures to solve these problems.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is an overview of the resignation of civil servants,mainly analyzing what is the resignation of civil servants and the evolution of China' s civil servants resignation process;The third chapter mainly expounds the loss of talents caused by the resignation of civil servants.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the resignation of civil servants in China,including the economic system and legal system.The economic system includes the low level of salary and treatment,the integration of pension and interest drive,as well as the legal reasons for the imperfect supporting mechanism and the imperfect promotion regulations.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures proposed for the resignation of civil servants,which is divided into three aspects.The first part is to strengthen the salary guarantee of civil servants,improve the salary level of civil servants,and strengthen the performance appraisal of civil servants.The second aspect is to improve China's laws and regulations,establish supporting measures for the employment after the resignation of civil servants,enhance the supervision and management after the resignation of civil servants,and learn from foreign experience to improve the resignation system of civil servants in China.The main reference is the legal provisions on the resignation system of civil servants in the United States and Japan.
