Research On The Government Supervision Of Construction Proj Ect Bidding

Bidding system has been developed for hundreds of years,it is an important product of market economy development.With the rapid development of China's economic reform and economic globalization,China's construction project bidding and tendering work started from the 1980s,after years of development,bidding system design more and more close to the international construction bidding Of the norms,scientific bidding system is basically established.The bidding and tendering of construction project is gradually becoming mature and standardized.The current bidding system can more effectively regulate bidding activities and protect the legitimate interests of the main body in the market.However,it is undeniable that there are still a lot of problems in government supervision of construction projects,such as congenitally deficient regulatory system,relatively weak power,relatively simple form,low transparency of action and relative lack of intensity.To solve these problems,this paper combined with the actual situation of the construction project bidding and tendering in Ouhai District of Wenzhou city,analyzes the causes of the problems,and 'based on the public interest theory,principal-agent theory,governance theory,from the concept,characteristics and development process of construction project bidding and tack the United States,Japan,Shenzhen city's bidding regulatory model as a typical case.This paper mainly sets out from the perfect bidding legal system,rationalize the regulatory functions of government,strengthen the bidding of the main parties supervision,improve the scientific management level of the government to puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve and perfect the government supervision of construction project bidding.
