Research On Family Education Of Migrant Worker’s Children

Family education of migrant worker’s children is a reality social problems, becausethe family education not only is the key to the offspring of migrant worker adapt to citylife, but also is a national base of human resource development. Meanwhile, due to thegovernment and the society’s attention, under the guidance of science, to strengthen andimprove the quality of family education of migrant worker’s children, is not onlybeneficial to accelerate the process of building a harmonious society, but also become acatalyst for ease the contradiction between the urban and rural.In this paper, the analysis is based on the data of a certain amount of familyeducation of migrant worker’s children in Xi’ an collected, according to the writerselected several typical kinds of migrant worker’s family as an analysis sample case inthis paper through from many have an interview with families, discloses the essentialcause of the problems mentioned above.In the process of field survey, in reference to the domestic and foreign about familyeducation, and on the basis of professional knowledge, the author prepares the interviewoutline, and visit investigation object’s families. By indirect observation combined withopen interviews，based on the disadvantages of family education from summarizedseveral types of the typical family reflects, that is suitable for children of migrantworkers in xi ’an and path for the development of improved family education problem.
