The Study Of An Individual Case On The Involvement Of Narrative Treatment Pattern To Community Detoxification

In recent years,the continuous spread and tendency of low age of drugs,we have to face up to the problem of drug,the traditional mode of compulsory drug rehabilitation often have the poor detoxification effect,high recovery rate.Therefore,domestic and foreign scholars are constantly exploring more scientific Of the detoxification mode.The promulgation of the Drug Enforcement Act of 2008,Community Corrections and Community Corrections were formally incorporated into the drug rehabilitation model.But in the practical stage,China's implementation of the community drug rehabilitation model exists rich in administration,ignoring the psychological detoxification and other defects.The high relapse rate caused by these defects has aroused great attention from the country and society,we are looking forward to finding more suitable pattern for Chinese characteristics of community drug rehabilitation model.Based on the summary of relevant research and practice in foreign countries,this study selects a community drug addict from Qinhuai community to conduct a case study.Using the theory of narrative therapy as a guide,we focus on the psychology,reconstruct his past experience,using special methods to guide drug addict form a new self-cognition.Through the externalization of the problem,the replacement's skills,the search consists of four phases,problem externalizing,alternative story,finding an exception and resources linking,play the role of guide and accomplice to help the client to clarify their problem.So that the drug addict can correctly understand the troubles caused by drugs and drug addiction and increase the ability of the case owner to improve his ability to solve the problem independently.Leading the drug addict finding the really problem,change the drug addict cognition of drugs,and strengthen the victim's drug treatment determination,to ensure that three-year community drug rehabilitation to be successfully completed,and to maintain drug rehabilitation outcomes.Through analyzing the methods and techniques of narrative therapy involved in the intervention and comparing the changes of motivation and effect of drug addiction in the host community,the degree of satisfaction of the clients' needs and so on.this paper evaluates the process and effect of the intervention.At the same time,analyzing cases of social work involving in community drug rehabilitation has the advantage of respecting the privacy and dignity of the drug addicts and creating a better micro environment for drug addicts.On the basis of this study,I suggested that social work intervention in community detoxification should make up for the existing deficiencies in four aspects:optimizing work methods,expanding the mode of intervention,enhancing the theoretical level of the team and enriching the team structure to help the community to promote drug detoxification.
