Research The Problem On Empathy In Public Service Supply

With the progress of economy and society,the field of public service has made great progress.The government is committed to public service reform,improve the quality of public service supply,provide better and more effective public services to society and citizens,and increasingly meet the needs of society and citizens for public services.Although the development process of public service supply is accelerating and tending to be perfect,there are still many problems,especially the sympathy problems in public service supply.In the study of public service supply,most of them attach importance to the influence of system,economy and other factors on public service,but ignore the important role of emotion in public service supply.The supply of public services belongs to the category of government public management.There is a phenomenon that the supply of public services starts from the preference of the supplier and seldom takes into account the needs of the demanders,which results in the long-term asymmetric status of the supplier and demander.Empathy in public service requires that in the development of public service,the supplier should understand the needs of the public service objects and then provide effective public services from the supply side.This requires not only the conditions and norms of supply,but also the position of the demand objects and put empathy into the supply of public services.In the supply of public services,the lack of empathy motivation,mode and ability is the main predicament of empathy in the supply of public services.By combing the current situation of public service supply,introducing empathy theory,this paper explores the relationship between them,clarifies the existing problems and their causes,puts forward targeted solutions,and avoids the existing empathy problems in public service supply,so as to enhance the government's empathy ability and enhance the effective supply of public service.
