Scientific allocation of police human resources to achieve the best match between people and jobs has always been an important goal of the police human resources management.Under the background of prominent and complex social contradictions,it is of great practical significance to promote the optimal allocation of police human resources and maximize the work efficiency of police human resources.Nowadays,big data technology has been continuously developed and widely applied in various fields,especially in the field of human resources management,which has produced good results.It is necessary to introduce big data into the police human resources allocation to improve the forward-looking,scientific and accurate police allocation.This paper takes the optimal allocation of police human resources as the research topic,examines big data technology as an important method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of police allocation,and strives to broaden the thinking ways of optimal allocation of police human resources by exploring the effects and operation modes of big data technology.Specifically,this paper firstly summarizes big data,police human resources allocation and the influence of big data on police human resources allocation through literature review.Then,based on the theory of un-expending improvement,the ability-rank correspondence principle and the theory of evidence-based management,the paper defines the core concepts of big data and police human resources allocation by means of literature research.In order to improve the practicality and pertinence of the research results,this paper explores the quantity problems,structural problems,quality problems and the application of big data in the allocation of police human resources in China through interviews and questionnaires,and discusses the causes of these problems in detail.Then,by using the normative research method,combining the problems existing in the allocation of police resources with the mechanism of big data,the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using big data to optimize the allocation of police human resources.Finally,in view of the existing problems and causes of the allocation of police resources in China,combined with the characteristics and functions of big data technology,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the optimal allocation of police human resources from four aspects:transforming and updating the concept of police resources allocation,strengthening the toplevel design of police resources allocation,constructing the police resources allocation system of big data,and comprehensively improving the police's ability to use data.
