Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Internet Policy" On Chinese Local Government Website

With the advent of the Internet era,internet politics has gradually emerged along with the development of e-government.As a new channel for political and civil interaction,online politics has attracted widespread attention and has developed rapidly.As one of the important platforms for the standardized development of network politics,the government website has played an important role in promoting the interaction between the government and the people.However,over the years,the government has been widely criticized for its problems such as "information update is not timely,information is not accurate,interactive communication is not responding,and online services are not practical",which has greatly affected the due diligence of online politics and the credibility of the government website as an authoritative political platform.With the continuous deepening of the construction of service-oriented government,the promotion of the "Internet + Government Service" strategy,along with the launch of the national website census and the publication of the "Guidelines for the Development of Government Websites",the construction of government websites began to enter a new era of standardization and institutionalization.The Internet politics has also ushered in the "spring" of development.This paper takes the problems and countermeasures of the local government on the government website in the "new era" as the research direction,and comprehensively uses the literature research method and the case analysis method.Taking the Internet politics affairs of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province as the research object,this paper deeply studies the current situation of the current government website development.The study found that government websites in the new era have got rid of the ills of the government’s non-response,platform construction and operation and maintenance are more standardized,and political and civil interaction is more active.However,from the perspective of the high standards of deepening service-oriented government construction and deliberative democracy,the current government internet politics still needs to be improved.In order to adapt to the needs of service-oriented government development and "Internet + government service" in the new era,The paper puts forward the guidance of changing the concept of political participation,enhances the awareness and ability of leading cadres to implement the network,strengthens and guarantees the service awareness and work implementation of the"screen bureaucracy".Based on the construction of a high-standard integration development strategy platform,we will further enhance the effective integration of various columns within the government website’s political platform.At the same time,we will increase the reorientation and optimization of the government website,the news website,and the citizen forum,and promote the complementary advantages.With a sound system of government administration as a guarantee,we will improve the network’s policy response system,network policy assessment and incentive mechanism,network policy supervision system,network policy and offline coordination mechanism.The renewal of ideas,the improvement of the platform,and the establishment and implementation of the system will become the necessary way to develop and improve the website politics.
