In the past few years,the popularity of applying for civil servants has continued unabated,and the hot scenes of the civil service examinations every year allowed us to appreciate the great charm of this profession.However,the problem of occupational burnout sweeping the world also plagued the civil service,after casting aside the so-called aura of this occupational surface.Civil servants in townships account for lot of the total number of civil servants in China.They are the basic structure and the link between the government and the people.As an important part of this team,not only their political accomplishment,theoretical level,professional ability,but also the issues such as their mental outlook,work enthusiasm,and mental health play an important role in the stability and efficiency of the entire team.Almost all of the country's goals and tasks must be implemented at the township government level,and in many cases,township governments will face more work than expected as goals and tasks will increase by varying degrees.The job burnout of township civil servants caused by many reasons such as huge work pressure and low income.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to study the problem of job burnout among civil servants in China.This study selects the township civil servants in WJ County as the research object,and takes the theory of three-dimensional theory of job burnout,effort-reward imbalance model and job matching theory as the theoretical basis.Some specific performances of burnout are obtained through the actual analysis combined with the questionnaire and interview method.Then the reasons are analyzed from four aspects: personal,occupational characteristics,society and organization.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed for these four reasons.As for personal aspect,awareness of self and stress should be dealt with properly,formulate scientific career plans,establish correct occupational values,keep learning,and improve their own abilities.As for the aspect of occupational characteristics include reduction of workload,Clear job responsibilities,clear division of labor,scientific work deployment,and create harmonious working atmosphere;As aspects of organization includes establishing a scientific assessment system,improving incentive mechanisms,broadening the promotion channel,rationally improving the administrative ecological environment,and strengthening vocational training.As for the aspect of society,it included that public should offer more understanding and make reasonable social expectations,do more positive dissemination,strengthen social support to civil servants,and pay attention to the mental health of civil servants.
