As the most basic government in China,townships are the lowest level in the national governance system.They are the bridge and bond between the party and the government and the people.They are mainly responsible for the development of economic,social,cultural and other undertakings.Township civil servants are the concrete implementers of the modernization of the basic-level governance system and governance capacity,mainly responsible for the implementation of the country's major policies and principles,while dealing directly with the people,and the most close contact with the masses,can be well aware of the people's conditions and public opinion.But as the country's political system reform and the change of the government management function,the government has been transformed from administration to service,adhere to the people as the center of the development thought is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the township are few things more,especially in the new era under the new normal for letters and stability,production safety,ecological environmental protection in areas such as work demand is higher and higher,increase the occupational stress of township cadres,causing them to produce the work tired of slack,even affect the physical and mental health.Under the great pressure of work,the civil servants in towns and townships cannot achieve happy work,which will directly affect their own mental health,will also have a negative impact on their own work efficiency,attitude and level of service for the people,and will eventually affect the image of the government.Properly handling the problem of occupational pressure of township civil servants is conducive to improving the level of service for the people,enhancing the combat effectiveness of work,and enhancing the credibility of the government.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the working pressure of township civil servants,analyze the status quo and causes of the occupational pressure of township civil servants,and put forward relevant countermeasures to further optimize the management of vocational pressure of township civil servants.In lianyungang donghai county in jiangsu province as an example,this paper has adopted the literature research,questionnaire survey,field survey,statistical analysis and other research methods,with occupational stress related theory and the cause of the civil servants career pressure and the basis of the analysis of the influence of the organizations and individuals,to the county 160 civil servants at the grass-roots level of occupational stress questionnaire survey,and through the questionnaire dataanalysis,find out problem and reason of the county civil service career pressure.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward effective measures to optimize the vocational stress management of township civil servants from three aspects: environment,organization and individual,so as to further alleviate the occupational pressure of township civil servants.Through a series of measures proposed,I hope to provide guidance for the management of occupational pressure of grassroots civil servants in this county,and also hope to provide effective reference for other regional governments with similar situations.
